Deyuan Metal has formed complete industrial chain of aluminium profile from billet casting, die cutting, extrusion, surface treatment and standard packing. We have 18 press range from 500MT to 3600MT size, 3 anodizing lines, 2 horizontal powder coating lines, 1 vertical powder coating line, 1 PVDF painting line and 1 polishing & brushing line, 1 further machining shop, the annual production capacity has reached 60000 tons. The maximum circumcircle diameter of the extrusion profile reach 330mm, and surface treatment including anodizing (nature, champagne, bronze, black and gold), electrophoresis, powder coating, wooden grain and other special treatment polishing, bright dip anodizing (gold and silver), brushing and sand blasting for high grade decoration application. We can also produce profiles according to customer's requirements such as drawings and samples and comply with GB, ASTMB and EN standard.
